Join us for a panel of pre-apprenticeship graduates to discuss their experience participating in workforce development programs and finding jobs in the high-performance residential sector. They will share their training and hiring experiences with recommendations to contractors/employers on recruitment and retention from a new worker perspective.
A speed networking session will follow to allow contractors and trainees to meet and chat.
