Dr. Jimmy Cleveland Jimmy holds a Ph.D. in computer science with a focus on machine learning applications in computational mass spectrometry and proteomics. In 2012, he co-founded TerraStride, a mapping platform for outdoorsmen, and as CTO, led product design, system architecture, and engineering. Following TerraStride’s acquisition by GSM in 2022, he served as director of engineering, overseeing a portfolio of web and mobile applications. In 2024, he co-founded Prophetic, where he now serves as chief AI officer, driving the company’s AI strategy and implementation in real estate, with a focus on zoning manual data extraction & automated site planning.
