Oliver Alexander Oliver Alexander is a serial entrepreneur passionate about solving complex problems in highly regulated spaces. As the Founder & CEO of Prophetic, he leads an AI-based software platform that empowers homebuilders, real estate developers, brokers, and investors to find and analyze real estate development opportunities in seconds, not hours.
Prior to founding Prophetic, Oliver co-founded Orchid Health, a chain of primary care & behavioral health clinics in rural Oregon communities. Transitioning into commercial real estate, Oliver founded Remote.ly in 2018, expanding it into a 21,000 SF Class-A office space before its acquisition in 2021.
Recognized as a Portland Business Journal “40 Under Forty” honoree, Oliver has been featured in USA Today, Medium, and other publications. He actively supports the entrepreneurial community through guest lectures at Yale and the University of Oregon and serves on the Advisory Council for the PCC SBDC.
When not driving innovation, Oliver enjoys dirt biking, camping, and working on his classic ’66 Mustang, Ellie.
