Scott Leonard Scott Leonard manages Energy Trust of Oregon’s new construction program. With over 15 years experience in new construction programs, he supports builders and subcontractors to find solutions to build high-performance homes. In addition to new construction program management, he develops new incentive offerings for Energy Trust’s new construction, existing home retrofit and retail products channels. Scott is a native Oregonian and is passionate about preserving and enjoying all Oregon activities.
