Mr. MacOdrum is a senior project manager at TRC with 12 years of experience serving Oregon’s residential Oregon’s energy efficiency sector. His project management experience includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, budgeting, policy development and implementation, and developing operating utility programs and projects. Mr. MacOdrum is in his element when engaging with diverse stakeholders and experts to build thoughtful business, programmatic and policy solutions that are in synch with current technology, industry services, programmatic trends, and policy opportunities. Mr. MacOdrum is the Market Transformation Manager for Energy Trust’s EPSTM New Homes program and program manager for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s (NEEA) Northwest Ductless Heat Pump Project, and he provided project oversight of NEEA’s 2019 Oregon Residential New Construction Study. In 2017, Mr. MacOdrum won the 2017 BPI Tony Woods Award for Excellence in Advancing the Home Performance Industry. He has a B.Es in electrical engineering, a B.S. in computer science from the University of Western Ontario, and a building science certificate from the University of Toronto.
