Amy Warren Amy Warren has a degree in Energy Systems Engineering and 22 years of experience in the construction industry. She founded Kor Community Land Trust, a Bend-based grassroots nonprofit that addresses the need for perpetually affordable, zero-energy, owner-occupied housing. She is a partner in Thistle and Nest, a development company focused on assisting the workforce in attaining stable housing and equity building through homeownership. She is also the owner of Hive, a construction and development company that specializes in affordable energy-efficient housing.
