Kelly Thomas, LEED BD+C Kelly Thomas has assisted in the development and implementation of Oregon’s energy codes for nearly six years. He performs the energy modeling necessary for compliance with Executive Orders and Legislative directives and participates in ASHRAE Standard 90.1 and IECC energy code development.
