Kira Taylor Kira Taylor is a Field Account Manager for the Energy Trust of Oregon EPS New Construction program. She holds a degree in Building Construction Technology and is a certified RESNET HERS Rater. With a passion for building science and a background working in residential construction, she supports builders in optimizing energy efficient design on residential projects. She has a particular interest in addressing the impacts of the built environment on the climate and strives to contribute to reducing this impact through education around green and sustainable building practices and renewable energy. Kira also supports construction workforce development efforts across Oregon and hopes to encourage the next generation of construction tradespeople to pursue more efficient standards in building.
