Spencer Bushman Spencer is an experienced HERS Rater and energy modeler working with Performance Insulation’s Energy Services team. During his four years with Performance, he has sharpened his project management skills and developed extensive knowledge of the EPS and ENERGY STAR New Homes programs, including ENERGY STAR’s rigorous HVAC requirements. He is passionate about energy efficiency and viewing the House as a System, treating each part of the home as an integral part of a high-performance whole.
